Angels are messengers from Source. One of their roles is to remind us of our Divinity and our relationship with Source. Archangels are powerful 'Old Ones', elders who oversee and work with specific energies or aspects of our world and that of the universe. When our soul was created we were assigned a pair of Guardian Angels, whose purpose is to watch over our soul development, as well as protecting and lovingly comforting us. They know us intimately and have been with us through all our incarnations. They never leave our side for a moment.

Angel mediumship is similar to traditional mediumship in that the intuitive acts as a bridge between the sitter and spirit or the Angelic realm. A medium will work with a spirit guide, who acts as a 'door keeper' or 'spiritual bouncer' as I like to call them, to supervise the connection between the living and the deceased. In Angel mediumship the primary purpose is to give and an angelic reading, which takes the reader higher than that of a traditional medium. The Angel medium raises their vibration to make a connection to the celestial realm, and uses their intuitive gifts to make a link with these higher beings of light. In Angel Mediumship where the sitter wants to make a link with a deceased loved one in spirit, it is  Archangel Azrael or an Angel who plays the role of the 'door keeper'.

They are not interested in giving you comforting illusions, but nevertheless the insight given will be for your highest good, and to bring blessings to everyone involved. I was Tarot reader for many years before I was guided to exclusively give Angel readings. I think the Angels knew how much I missed my Tarot cards, so they orchestrated a way for me to come across beautiful decks based on the traditional Tarot.

Tarot Oracle cards  have additional meanings and symbolism that are a bit different from traditional tarot. The energy and feel of the deck all  depends on the purpose and intention that the author made them for. Each Oracle deck is has its own method, angle and symbolism. The cards are laid in a specific spread. This means each card is read in accordance to where it is set and the surrounding cards near by, so its meaning can change. Some spreads can give timings and show predictions of possible outcomes and issues that need to be addressed.

What is fascinating, is that, Tarot Oracle cards often validate what we already know; but they can also reveal things that are in the subconscious mind, things hidden from view, other peoples motives and intentions that directly impact on us, as well as our own. In a reading, the cards will pick up our most dominant emotions, thoughts and any strong energies surrounding our question or situation. These energies are reflected in the cards we draw.  

During these readings, I work primarily with Spirit guides and Ascended Masters. I use my Clairvoyant and Clairaudient abilities to 'tune' in and receive psychic impressions. If drawn to, I will include Psychometry, and other divination tools as part of the reading as appropriate.

Inner Heights runs Spiritual and Psychic development workshops 3 - 4 times a year in South West London. The workshops draw on both Angelic, Wicca, and Shamanic traditions, wisdom and rituals from around the world. They are designed to support spiritual awakening, Spiritual awareness, reconnecting with your higher self and tapping into your intuitive abilities.

Our workshops facilitate knowledge and a deeper understanding of spiritual laws, concepts and practices in a fun and engaging way. We believe that smaller group sizes create a more comfortable, intimate learning environment, so our maximum group size is between 6-8 people. We give you the opportunity to work on your own, practice in pairs and as a group.

We draw on a variety of methods and techniques, which aim to give participants a theoretical and practical understanding of how to connect and communicate directly with the Angelic and Spiritual realms.  Each workshop focuses on a specific aspect of Spirituality and Psychic 'gifts' such as; Clairvoyance, Clairaudience,  Clairsentience, Meditation, Channelling, Rituals, Practical and Natural magick.  Participants are given an opportunity to explore their primary Clairs and secondary psychic abilities, using different methods to enhance or build their confidence in using them.

Usui Reiki  is a Japanese method of energy healing. During a Reiki treatment hands are placed above or directly on the body. The energy flows through the therapist into the body of the client moving energy blocks out. Specific Reiki symbols are used in this healing, to earth and ground unstable energy and to keep the healing sealed within the body following a treatment. Some symbols assist with psychological and emotional issues and others with physical. Reiki healing helps to bring hidden blocks and underlying negative patterns to the surface, and into our awareness to be transformed positively. Reiki  brings order and coherence to the whole system, realigning any imbalances which are causing disturbances to our Well being.

Colour therapy was first used by the Ancient Egyptians, who discovered that, when a specific colour was concentrated on the body healing occurred at deep levels. Healing rooms decorated with crystals where painted with a specific colour, to treat illness and dis-ease. The Egyptians understood that each colour vibrates at a different frequency or speed, and has the ability to heal and align energy imbalances which have become blocked/trapped in the physical body or in the auric field. These blocks if left untreated can create disturbances in the body.

Colour can show us how we are functioning, what our patterns are and what areas in our lives need addressing and attention. Sometimes the colour which presents itself and its meaning may be obvious, and others come as a surprise. A variety of  Colour Therapy accessories are used within the treatment as appropriate. The presenting colour (the one you need) can then be integrated through mediation, food, clothing and essences to bring inner balance and empowerment.

A colour bath involves using one colour in various forms. Each layer of this one colour is gently introduced to create a bathing effect around the physical body and deep into the auric field.

Flower essences work specifically on emotional states and attitudes. They gradually assist in transforming negative thoughts that feed negative emotions into positive ones. The theory behind flower essences, is that water takes on the energy imprint or signature of anything which is placed in it for a period of time. Particular plants are known for their ability to heal and transform specific emotional and psychological states or issues. The water that is used in flower essences has been infused with the energy signature of the flower/plant, which is then transferred to us either orally or through our energy field. The change is subtle and gradual but very effective and long lasting.

Flower remedies empower us to become more confident, joyful, to have faith and believe in ourselves and our capabilities. Flower essences support our emotional and mental well being, sometimes with an immediate effect.

During a treatment the essences are placed on or around the body, or scanned through the auric field. The remedy selected depends on the states being presented. The aim of the treatment is to transform any negative states, outlooks, tendencies and patterns, towards a more balanced, wholesome and positive potential.

Indian Head massage was traditionally used by Indian women to groom each other, with the aim of promoting and maintaining healthy hair growth. Mothers would teach their daughters and so on. It became a popular seated therapy, offered to Indian men by  barbers too.

This is a wonderful therapy that is both relaxing and invigorating. The technique offered here is a Western version which draws from the traditional one, but also incorporates other styles of massage. This creates a robust and stimulating massage.  In spite of its name, Indian Head Massage is  not just about messaging the head, but also involves massage of the neck, shoulders, arms and face. 

The therapeutic benefits of Indian Head massage are numerous. This therapy alleviates tension and stress and eases stiffness and knots in the neck and shoulder muscles. Indian head massage also  releases toxins in the body and  pain in the joints. It particularly stimulates blood circulation around the body and supports the lymphatic system. It is also a very effective treatment for the respiratory system and can be an aid for relieving asthmatic symptoms.

When the scalp is massaged, hair follicles become stimulated to grow. Indian head massage is reputed to be an aid to allopicia, dandruff, psoriasis and other hair loss or scalp problems. It can also be used to ease tension headaches and migraines.

Indian head massage is great for insomnia suffers. It is known to reduce erratic sleep patterns and restlessness. On an emotional level it can be used as a therapeutic anti-dote to depression and anxiety as it is a mood lifter. On a Psychological and mental level it supports concentration, focus and clarity.

This therapy works holistically on the subtle body system too. Chakra centres and Meridian Chi energy lines also benefit from Indian Head massage. Clients have reported feeling a deep sense of inner peace, healing and well- being following a course of treatments.

In the near future, we will be taking our workshops to the next level. We plan to start offering  3-7 day Spiritual retreats abroad. Retreats have always been part of our vision for inner Heights and it is a prospect that we are excited about.

We think that smaller groups are ideal for creating an intimate, comfortable environment, so that all participants can feel safe, relaxed and engaged. Nature, green living and healthy eating is important to us, as are gorgeous environments that calm the soul. We are therefore keen to run our retreats from places which match our vision, concept and passions.
